YOUR NEEDS COME FIRST
A front tooth, a difficult meal, a gap you’ve lived with for years. Tell us what you want to change. We’ll help you understand the options.
YOUR SMILE LINE
A broken or failing front tooth can make you worry about more than treatment. You may be wondering, “Will I have to go without a tooth?”
For suitable patients, we can remove the tooth and place an implant in the same visit. A temporary crown may also be possible that day, depending on the implant’s stability and your clinical needs. Your final crown follows healing.

When a cracked or damaged tooth cannot be repaired, everyday meals can become uncomfortable. A dental implant may replace that tooth and help restore your ability to chew.
We assess the tooth, surrounding bone, and your overall health. You’ll understand whether an implant can be placed when the tooth is removed or whether the site needs preparation and healing first.
Talk with us about your damaged toothA PERMANENT SOLUTION
Whether you’ve lived with a gap for years or are tired of a removable partial denture, you may be ready for a permanent solution. A dental implant can support a fixed replacement designed to look and function like a natural tooth.
We evaluate the space, bone support, and nearby teeth, then explain any preparation, healing, and restoration needed. Daily cleaning and regular dental visits remain part of caring for your new tooth.
Talk with us about replacing your toothMORE SECURE SUPPORT
If several teeth are failing or a removable denture moves when you eat or speak, implant-supported teeth may offer greater stability and more comfortable function.
Your remaining teeth, bone support, and health guide the options. We’ll explain your restoration options, what each involves, and whether temporary teeth at surgery could fit your plan. The final restoration follows healing.
Explore full-arch implant optionsFor suitable patients, we can remove a tooth and place an implant at the same appointment, reducing the number of surgical visits. Your tooth, bone and gum health, medical history, and the stability of the implant determine whether this approach is appropriate.
We assess these factors before treatment and check the site during surgery. If immediate placement is not the best option, we explain any preparation, grafting, or healing needed before the implant can be placed.
If you’re worried about going without a front tooth, tell us at your consultation. For suitable front-tooth cases, a temporary crown may be attached to the implant on the day of placement. This helps maintain your appearance while the implant heals.
Your team will explain the temporary tooth arrangements before treatment and what alternatives are available if a same-day crown is not appropriate. A temporary crown needs protection: follow your specific instructions for eating and cleaning during healing.
Immediate implant placement and a temporary crown are separate decisions. Neither removes the healing stage. Your surgeon and restorative dentist coordinate the final crown or restoration once the implant and surrounding tissues are ready.
An implant is a small post that replaces a tooth root in the jaw. It can support a crown, bridge, or other restoration. At your consultation, we review your health, examine your mouth, and use imaging to understand the support available.
Dental implants are designed to become part of your everyday life. Daily cleaning, regular dental visits, and the care instructions for your restoration help protect that investment.
Your team will show you how to clean around the implant and explain ongoing checks. Like other dental restorations, implant-supported teeth may need maintenance, repair, or replacement over time.
